Unless I am mistaken, this is taken during Holi, a holiday observed in India, Pakistan, and Nepal. People basically just walk around throwing paint and colored powder at eachother, celebrating the beauty of life and color.

Still wants to go to India during Holi, thought I was going to make it this year…but its not gonna happen
